Enhanced Sanitation | Sanitizer Stations
RRT thoroughly disinfects seats, armrests, railings and other surfaces after each performance at the Ruby Theatre. Additionally, RRT disinfects all high touch surfaces. Sanitizer stations are located at convenient locations including points of entry, common areas, offices and bar.
Covid-19 Dress Code | Uniform Policies
All RRT employees and volunteers are required to wear face coverings, provided by RRT. Face coverings are required for guests, except while seated at the dinner theatre. Face coverings are provided at each entry.
Temperature Checks | Health Screenings
Temperature checks are required for all employees prior to the start of their shift, and they are required to remain home if they do not feel well.
Contact Tracing Protocols
RRT’s ticketing system provides thorough patron information, including reserved seat number, address, phone number and email to comply with proper contact tracing protocols.
Opportunity for Contact-less Public Experience
To the best of our ability, RRT offers the opportunity to enjoy theatre with a contact-less experience. Our door staff opens the main entrance doors for patrons. Ushers open and close theatre doors at appropriate times for entry/exit from the show, and other interior doors remain open. During the dinner buffet, RRT staff will plate the food. Desserts and drinks will be brought to your seat at intermission.
Social Distancing Policies
RRT has implemented crowd control measures to allow for responsible social distancing. These include early entry to keep our lobby clear, controlled intermission and end of show dismissals, and new seating plots. When in lines, patrons are encouraged to leave space and remain socially distant.
Reduced Venue Capacities
RRT operates at a reduced capacity in both the theatre and dining areas. Additionally, extreme social distant sections are available in the theatre at every performance.
Increased Preparedness Training for RRT Staff, and Volunteers
All RRT staff and volunteers have received enhanced Covid-19 mitigation training focusing on best practices in social distancing, sanitation and hygiene, transacting with the public, and communications.
